What becomes possible when we listen— deeply—to the whole living body?

Here you will find 2 pathways into this work: Somatic Coaching, for integrating insight with embodied awareness, and Moving Meditation, a space to practice presence through motion. Both are invitations to attune to your body, trust its guidance, and step fully into your own wholeness. Through presence and gentle practice, what’s stuck can start to move, and change becomes possible—not through striving, but through softening into truth.

Somatic Coaching, an embodied approach to personal transformation 

We begin with what matters most to you—your vision, your values, your heartfelt yes—and let that lead the way.

Together, we explore the patterns that show up under pressure and gently practice new responses. Through conversation, movement, and somatic awareness, we follow a wave of transformation that invites more choice, more truth, more breath.

Over time, with care and repetition, something shifts. A new shape emerges—one that’s more aligned with who you are and how you want to live.

Did you know Somatic Bodywork is part of a coaching process?

Somatic Bodywork is a hands-on, body led approach to healing. Through gentle touch, guided movement, and breath awareness, we work together to release long-held patterns of tension and reconnect you with your body’s natural wisdom.

This work helps you notice how your life—your emotions, experiences, and stories—live in your tissues. It draws from somatic therapy, martial arts, and neuroscience to unwind unconscious patterns of protection, often known as armoring. As these defenses soften, more presence becomes available.

Over time, you may feel more spacious, more connected, more you. The effects can ripple far beyond the body—into your relationships, your choices, and the way you meet the world.

Trust what feels right—a session or series

A single Somatic Coaching session gives you space to focus on what matters most right now, release what’s in the way, and return to center. Think of it as dipping your toes into a wave of transformation.

A series of 6 or more Somatic Coaching sessions allows us to move through a wave of transformation. You’ll build a foundation of embodied practice that helps you flow with life’s twists and turns. After an initial 3-month commitment, you’re welcome to continue month-to-month. We’ll stay in conversation about your process, and you’ll know when you’ve reached a natural, centered completion.

Somatic Bodywork can be integrated into a wave, or received as a single session—meeting you right where you are.

Moving Meditation, an invitation to drop into the body

This practice is gently guided and deeply held. With music, stillness, and breath, you’re supported to get out of your head and follow your own inner rhythm—no choreography, no rules.

We begin with guided meditation to arrive in the body, then move freely through a curated playlist, and close in quiet rest or sound. Whether you lie down, stretch softly, or move with wild abandon, there’s no wrong way to show up.

Moving Meditation cultivates somatic awareness and helps you listen for your body’s yes. It’s a space for honest expression, emotional release, and presence—sometimes playful, sometimes tender, always yours.
